SWilson Group LLC, doing business as SWilson Transportation ("SWilson Transportation," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through swilsontransportation.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you choose to give us directly, such as your name, email address, and (where you choose to provide it) mobile phone number, when you contact us through the Site, submit an inquiry form, or email us at info@swilsontransportation.com. We do not currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising technology on this Site.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries about student transportation, communicate with you, and improve this Site. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
When you voluntarily provide a mobile telephone number to SWilson Group LLC, doing business as SWilson Transportation, and affirmatively consent to receive text messages, we use that number only for the purposes described in the consent you gave: to respond to your inquiry, and to send confirmations and scheduling updates related to your transportation request.

Providing a mobile number and granting messaging consent is optional. It is never a condition of purchase, of receiving a response from us, or of using any part of our service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
The contact form at swilsontransportation.com/book is the only place on this Site that asks for a mobile number and a messaging consent. We retain the record of your consent, including the exact disclosure text shown to you, the page you were on, and the date and time, for as long as we retain your contact record and as required to evidence compliance.
This Site does not currently set non-essential cookies. If that changes as the Site grows, we will update this policy and provide a cookie consent tool before any non-essential cookies are set.
When you pay for a trip or a recurring plan, your payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your card details on its own secure page. We do not receive, see or store your full card number. We keep a record of what you paid, the date, the amount, and the Stripe receipt and payment reference, so we can answer billing questions and process refunds. If you agree to save your card for a recurring plan, Stripe stores it, and we keep a record of your agreement. Stripe's use of your information is described in its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We may use third-party service providers (such as email and hosting providers) to operate this Site. Those providers only access information as needed to perform services on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.
We take reasonable measures to protect information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.
This Site describes a student transportation service intended for use by parents and guardians, not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this Site.
Our text messaging program is restricted to adults. A person must be 18 or older to provide a mobile number and give messaging consent. Although the passenger may be a student, the contact and the messaging consent always come from the parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult arranging the transportation, never from the child. We do not enroll minors in the SMS program and do not send text messages to anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
