These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of swilsontransportation.com (the "Site"), operated by SWilson Group LLC, doing business as SWilson Transportation ("SWilson Transportation," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
This Site is provided for general informational purposes about SWilson Transportation's student transportation service. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.
Reservations, payments, recurring plans, cancellations, refunds and no-shows are governed by our Booking, Payment, Subscription and Cancellation Terms, which form part of these Terms. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Age requirement. This SMS program is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in. By providing your mobile number and giving messaging consent, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you are the account holder for that mobile number or have the account holder's permission to consent.
Our passengers are students, but our customers are adults. The person who contacts us, provides a mobile number and consents to text messages is always the parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult arranging the transportation, never the student being transported. We do not collect mobile numbers from minors, we do not enroll minors in this SMS program, and we do not send text messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that a subscriber is under 18, we will remove that number from the program and delete the associated messaging consent record.
SWilson Group LLC, doing business as SWilson Transportation, sends text messages from the number displayed to you when you submit our contact form, currently (754) 333-6227. Messages are sent only to people who have affirmatively opted in through our contact form, and relate only to your inquiry: confirmations, follow-up questions, and scheduling updates related to your transportation request. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that texted you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages only in response to your inquiry, typically 1 to 5 messages while your inquiry is open. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWilson Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.
Once service begins, we plan each trip to arrive on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, crashes, severe weather or other events outside our control. We will tell you as early as we can if a trip will be late. This does not limit any refund or credit described in our Booking, Payment, Subscription and Cancellation Terms, and it does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
