We do not provide emergency, ambulance, or medical transportation, Medicaid-billed rides, or school district transportation contracts. No rides are available until our licensing and insurance approvals are complete.
When booking opens, every ride or recurring plan is quoted in writing for your route, schedule and number of passengers. You see the price before you pay.
One fixed price per reserved trip, paid by card through Stripe when you confirm. Full refund when you cancel 24 or more hours before pickup.
A recurring plan for the same trips each school week, billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renewed until you cancel. Cancel any time with 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
